how old do you have to be?
our age restriction is 14+. under 16s must come with an adult. bring id.

what time does it start and end?
doors open at 12 every day and close around 11, stick around for after parties.
how do i get tickets?

buy them from this website, or any of our official sellers, skiddle, eventim, or dice. please don’t get scammed by resellers.

can i buy tickets on the door?
maybe, if they aren’t sold out, they will be more expensive on the door. if u want in, buy early.
we are working with our venues to try and make BID barrier free. for now, friday is barrier free, saturday headline is also barrier free.

is there a barrier?
yes, you’ll get a wristband so you can leave and come back as you please, but please consider supporting the bars at the grassroots venues with use, as well as the food sellers in our vegan market and merch hall.

is there re entry?
torquay has a train station and regular coaches. there’s parking in town. Walk, skate or use public transport if you can.

we have food stalls and bars that serve alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. burn it down festival is 100% vegan, with gluten-free options available.
what’s the deal with merch?

bands get 100% of the money you give them and burn it down does not charge bands to sell merch. festival merch will be available all weekend with other arts, clothing, and music sellers.

what if i need help?

talk to security or staff in high-vis and lanyards, we have many first aid trained staff who are always available to help with no judgement. if you lose something, all lost property goes to foundry. for anything non urgent, dm us.
can i bring my camera?
